You can test this entry and submit issues during the testing period of the Android Design Contest '23 contest.

I can see that the author has included the small details(such as a lock icon in the chat list) into his design. It highlights his efforts and attentiveness.
have seen some clearly worse designs. Let me highlight good things out of it:
- The author has included both white and dark themes
- He made detailed mockups, including some actions
- He has went beyond the requirements, tried to include everything up to a small detail.
- And he seems to follow MD3 design.
However, I'd argue with these things:
- Chats in the Chat List are big and have a grey background. First and foremost, it takes up much space. Secondly, it does not fit the chat list.
- Let's not ignore the reactions and images: it would be better to have real photos, and a better reaction icons.
- Some colour choices
Overall, there are things to work on. His efforts deserve credit, as he tried to design every single thing.
