With 30 million Telegram users in Uzbekistan and a surge in interest in local culture, introducing a Telegram icon adorned with Uzbek ornaments would resonate with the local populace, while emphasizing Telegram's commitment to global inclusivity, cultural preservation, and innovative harmony.
