Sloppy vertical scrolling, required animations are missing.

Cannot really test the app. Because see video.

Noticed some issues besides the one on video:
1. Scaling and touching down to show tooltip is allowed, but then it gets bugged visibility.
2. Stacked bar drops frames on scale.
3. Also there are no animations, but that was mentioned before.

It is true, but in some cases it will show actual data faster than other variants with chart line animation.

Chart lines have to be under horizontal line by design. Thus this contestant has potential advantage in performance because he can use opaque layers for lines.
