Issues

— Overall performance is poor.
— The screen slightly jitters when scaling (the attached video #1).
— The graphs are broken when the zoom is applied (the attached video #2).
— Values on Y-scale of the fifth graph are not correct.
— Bonus goal is completed, but pie chart blinks when selecting the certain part. Sloppy on zooming in and out.

Looks good. I have found a couple of little issues but works stable in common.

Thanks!
No x-axis animations but generally works well and all bonus goals completed. Voted

Timeline (navigator) is displayed for single column chart in zoomed mode.

But overall the work is not bad. So unfair that is has received so many down-votes.

Thanks, I should add some polyfills for IE, but haven't time to test it

While animation is nice there's obviously should be no moments when graph is drawn completely out of viewing window and you have to wait for it to fall/rise.

During panning graph peaks might be rendered differently (look at graph area I touched at start of video — there's sharp peak that appears as less sharp after panning)

Processing input is tied to drawing. The longer drawing takes, the longer input latency would be, which is unacceptable, especially for mobile users where not that much processing power is present and expectations on touch to response latency is quite high.

incorrect work after the landscape mode, the graph is cropped and circles are completely displayed

I agree, you should refresh page after change landscape. I shouldn't time to implement correct resize handler.
The navigation on pie chart timeline is not in 1-day steps as required in the contest video sample.

Agree, I don't notice that feature :(
It is unclear how the values of the pie chart sectors are calculated. I don't see they are either a sum or a median of the selected dates.

And apparently it is impossible to select just the 6th of April on the pie chart timeline.

Good catch. impossible to select 6th April - It is bug related to wrong last index calculation. In common (except last day) in pie chart calculated average value of selected period.
Some usability problems with app responsiveness.
