The contest requirements were ignored.

Ignoring that requirements were ignored, app has multiply issues.

If user removes all charts, tooltip is still visible
Also, you can move tooltip on touch devices, but data doesn’t change. I managed to drag tooltip out of chart and it never appeared again before page reload :)
