You can test this app and submit issues during the testing period of the Sticker App Contest contest.

Entries with serious issues will not be able to win the contest, but even minor issues might be important for overall results.

The contest task is partially completed. On the bright side, the app has a nice, user-friendly design with intuitive UX – however, it did not place as high due to major missing functions, general instability, and severe performance issues (like when interacting with animated stickers). During the testing stage, we repeatedly experienced crashes when
– granting storage permissions
– changing colors of animated stickers 
– trying to add photos 

Despite the great look and feel of the app on the surface, the weak points mentioned above prevented it from placing higher.

It looks like only one emoji can be set per sticker.
Animated stickers are also displayed incorrectly (see e.g. the attached screenshot, in which the eyes are at the wrong place).
However, I like the design of the app a lot!

Actually I should have removed this animation from the list because it is using images. Some of the animations don't follow Telegram sticker standards. If you try for example with the dart animation you get better results. Also you can combine, move, rotate and scale animations or images to make more customized animations. The animations list is just to showcase the feature. For an official release we will be designing many simple animations so the users can combine them and be creative.
