Even though I wouldn't use your theme, because it's too bright for me, I must say I like the way it was designed. The bold use of color and high contrast, everything fits nicely, even though it's not a theme for everyone, not even for me. Great design, I hope you'll win just because you took the risk of people not liking that combination and you went with the design rather than usability.
