Slow overall.

— Delay on start.
— The design does not fully comply with the guidelines.
—Vertical scrolling is sloppy.
— The app is slow when scrolling, scaling and filtering.

Pie chart timeline (navigator) doesn't allow selecting more than 1 day. The navigation is not in 1-day steps. It is possible to place the timeline magnifier in between days.

To switch the zoom you need to click on the pop-up, to fix the pop-up in one place during mouse events - click on the chart.

Pie chart tooltips don't display values. Probably a small issue - they display percents instead.

The order of the elements of the stacked percentage chart seem upside down - starting from the lowest values at the bottom.
But that is definitely non-critical, as it doesn't break any functionality

The app is non-responsive (no window resize or orientation change support)
This can probably be ignored. It doesn't effect core functionality, just usability.

Minor styling issue: the values in tootlips are formatted not like in the requirements (requirements have full value in comma separated format).

That's an interesting explanation and design decision found not only in your application, I wonder why is that, because I find that design guidelines are pretty specific on that part, no offence.
